101 in 1001

I know a few friends are doing this (Tashina, Heather, Brittany), so I am motivated to make my own list of 101 things to accomplish in 1001 days.  I have until February 27, 2014 to complete this list.  I will cross them off here and link to them if/when I blog about them. 2. Meet my "unspeakable" goal weight.

3. Pay for the car behind me at the drive-thru.

4. Donate my hair to charity.


5. Leave 25 notes in returned library books.

6. Vote in a presidential election.

7. Be still, pray and listen to the Lord for one full hour.

8. Start a book club.

9. Read 5 classic books.

10. Write a letter to myself to be opened when the 1001 days is over.

11. Go on a road trip.

12. Watch the sunrise and sunset in the same day.

13. Find a personally inspirational quote and work it into a piece of art or home decor.

14. Run a half marathon.

15. Go to 5 different museums.

16. Read 26 books I've never read starting with each letter of the alphabet.

17. Go to the top of the Empire State Building.

18. Get a second tattoo.

19. Go sightseeing in my hometown.

20. Attend a tweet-up/Blogger meet up outside my state.

21. Go to graduate school.

22. Go to the zoo.

23. Try a cleanse for at least a week.

24. Document a day in the life of me once a month, in pictures.

25. Learn to accompany myself on one song (guitar, piano, etc.).

26. Knit or crochet something.

27. Buy something (clothing or accessory) that is truly vintage.

28. Memorize a poem.

29. Go a month without eating out.

30. Cook something from "Mastering the Art of French Cooking" by Julia Child.

31. Perform with Sundown Collaborative Theatre.



32. Have my picture taken with a celebrity.

42. Write a letter to someone who inspires me.

43. Take my Grandma to lunch.

44. Audition for a role/show I think I have no chance of getting.

45. Plan out a concept for a show I'd like to direct.

47. Make a "Mandy and Shelly" scrapbook.
