In December of 2009, I had The Day of Reckoning -- the Day I realized that I was seriously overweight and living an unhealthy lifestyle.  It was, to say the least, a bad day.

But I'm making so many choices to CHANGE this, and since that day I have lost 31 lbs and kept off 25 of those 35 (I know...boo for gaining some back!)...

...and I am working on reaching more weight loss goals and having some fun in the process.

UPDATE:

I have met and surpassed my lowest weight from the first go-round of weight loss...I am only 7lbs away from my doctor's goal!
